Best Western Plus Executive Residency Elk City

Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again! On a cross country drive after Christmas, this hotel was much more comfortable and accommodating than other hotels I stayed at on the route that were more expensive. It's pet friendly and at a good pet rate (I paid about $100 for 2 adults and only $40 for two cats to stay for the night). I could tell that the staff pays attention to its venue and its guest experience, making everything cozy for guests in all aspects, even if they didn't splurge on decor. (I prefer it that way actually since it keeps the cost reasonable.) The photos attached are some of the complimentary breakfast, which is a more important point for me when selecting hotels. They had hot eggs, sausage patties, and wedge potatoes. And let me tell you, that yogurt machine with milk chocolate chips--SO good for no reason! I went back for seconds. The room with two queen beds was quite large with tons of kitchen space and a refrigerator (though we only stayed 1 night). Bathroom was clean and comfortable. There were fewer people coming and going in this hotel, and it had small comforts. I did discover a way for my cat to get up under the mattress in the hotel room. This seemed like a previous cat had perhaps opened this up and not usual to the room. Not a big issue for us, but something to share. FYI the pool has certain hours available so isn't open if you arrive late at night. Front desk staff was nice, polite, and communicative. In the morning, keys were drop off only and emailed me the folio.

This is one of our go-to stops overnight on our drive to california. Highly recommend. Kitchenette in room. Very comfortable beds Delicious full breakfast restaurant style in the morning that is complimentary. A huge bonus when you're traveling

Great hotel for a roadtrip pit stop! Rooms were clean, and Kiran at the front desk was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to help us out. We had a seamless stay!

Breakfast has been Great, Kim has always been a very nice and welcoming person, very attentive to everyone's needs during breakfast with a Smile. And Erin at the front desk was very welcoming and professional with a smile, very kind, really made me feel at home,

Very comfortable room with a nice kitchen area perfect to extended stays. Carpet in hallways are stained and need replacing but overall a good place to stay. The breakfast was also really good. We had amazing water pressure too.

Pros: Comfortable bed, good A/C, good breakfast, clean. Close to Fred’s steakhouse. Full size fridge. Nice bath products. Cons: Not walking distance to much of anything. Weird wall sconce. Light bulb stayed half lit at night Ice machine only worked on first floor. And leaked.

Great stay staff was great along with thr room. However the wifi signal did not work at all very hard to complete business task. Other than wifi signal i definitely will be back. Thank you

I’ll start with the bad and end with the good. My main complaint is that the AC is visibly covered in mold and I could barely breathe in the room if the AC or heat was on. It is very bad and if you’re allergic to mold you would seriously struggle here. On the other hand, the staff is truly amazing. I will specifically call out Megan and Cameron. Megan works the front desk and I believe is a manager. She was a pleasure to work with. We came here for a family emergency and had to extend our stay and we weren’t sure for how long. She was a huge help, she was patient with us and helped us get the best deal on the room that we could. When I come back to Elk City I would stay here again just because of how amazing she and her staff are. The other person I have to compliment is Cameron. He worked in housekeeping and was a delight. We got snowed in and he gladly gave us all of the blankets we asked for and always made sure we had what we needed even if he just got to our room and had to turn around for something else he was nothing but pleasant. We saw him frequently and both had to get his name because he truly goes above and beyond.
